Frequently Asked Questions
To explain our service in more detail, please take the time to read the following questions and answers.
There are lots of estate agents in Milton Keynes. Why should I choose you to sell my house?
Kathryn believes she can offer a level of service when selling your property which cannot be matched elsewhere. The fact that she previously received so many houses to sell through personal recommendation further emphasises this fact. Also, because she is not dealing with too many properties at once she is able to devote her time to promoting and the ones she has thoroughly.
How do I know that after you have given me a valuation you won't just "go off the boil" once you have the house on your books?
Kathryn started her internet based estate agency 6 years ago from scratch and with no properties whatsoever. The first property she secured (and sold) was a contemporary detached freehold bungalow in Fenny Stratford which had been on the market with many local agents for months with very little interest. Kathryn promoted the property intensively and soon had many viewings. The vendor then disinstructed all other agents enabling her to focus fully on selling the property, which she did.
How would
you promote my property in order to try and sell it?
Kathryn's own website is very highly regarded and is a leading way to find property in Milton Keynes appearing on many leading search engines as described at the foot of page 1. She also displays neat and clear For Sale Boards outside each of her properties. This coupled with the fact that she achieves high levels of success by being able to refer her properties
between buyers and sellers alike. Kathryn has had instances where two or more
parties have moved between houses in the same chain. Having lived and worked in Milton Keynes for 15 years, Kathryn personally knows many people and many places and she also makes every attempt
to get to know her clients very well and has acted as property matchmaker
on several occasions.
I have often found in the past that once I have a buyer and my property is under offer, the after-sales service is rather poor. I like to
be kept informed of any developments concerning my property. How often would
I receive feedback?
We firmly believe that any service for which you are paying
any amount of money should be a first-class one. Kathryn's policy is to inform
the vendor quickly of any development concerning the property she is marketing.
This may be via a telephone call, an e-mail or text message or in person by
way of a visit to the property, whichever is preferred. Also because Kathryn is not governed by office hours, she is able to email and text her clients quickly. Kathryn has been able to keep countless sales together because of this fact and that she deals with everything herself from start to finish and knows the status of each of her properties and their chains at all times. She chooses to work with only a select number of properties thus enabling her to keep up-to-date with issues regarding any property at any time.
